Last night's show at Hard Rock Cafe Osaka was the most intense of my recent shows. At least, that's what people told me afterward. My motto has always been to sing every song like it's my last. Maybe last night I just expressed it more dramatically than in previous shows. If I don't kick ass on stage, then I need to get my ass kicked, simple as that. I'm glad that everyone enjoyed the show. I want to thank everyone who came, and thanks to those who happened to be there but stayed to listen. I know I say "thank you" every time, but I really do mean it. It was a really nice night weather-wise, and you could have gone anywhere - you could have had a nice barbecue under the cherry blossom trees, or you could have stayed home and chilled watching TV after a long day at work. But you chose to take the time and money to come and see me and the band play. Just want you to know that I realize this, and how much I really appreciate it. THANK YOU. ♥

昨日のハードロックカフェ大阪ライブは、「前回より、テンションがめっちゃ高かった」と言われました。いつもと一緒と思ったのですが、嬉しかったのです。昔から、私のモットーは、「最後の曲みたいに歌う！」。昨日は、そういう気持ちがはっきりでてきたかも知れません。ちゃんとやらないとアカンねん！みんなさんが楽しくお過ごしていただいたら、嬉しいのです。写真はこちらにクリック。

来ていただいた方、ありがとうございました。それとたまたまハードロックカフェにお越し、聴いてくださったお客さんも、ありがとうございました。「ありがとう」と、毎回言うのかも知れませんが、ほんとうに、心から、感謝してます。昨日の天気が花見に完璧な夜だったり、お仕事で疲れてて、家に帰るのがあたりまえだったり。。。そのかわりに、私たちのライブを見に来ていただきました。ほんとうに、ほんとうに、ありがとうございました！♥

The acoustic shows last week at Hard Rock Cafe Osaka Universal were well-received. HRC staff even contributed hand-clap percussion on the acoustic version of "Osaka Boys"! Guitarist Masaaki Watanuki and I had a lot of fun, and laughed a lot, particularly when I dropped the shaker during "Funky Chick".  All you can do in that situation is laugh and continue with the song. :)  I want to thank the Kansai Music Conference, Hard Rock Cafe and particularly loyal fan Wakame-san for taking these great pics. ２日間連続のハードロックカフェ大阪USJのアコースティックライブは、無事で完成でした。HRCスタフも、「Osaka Boys」の時、手拍子パーカッシオンで参加していただきました！ギターの綿貫正顕と私は、楽しくやって、何回もステージで笑いました。ちょっとしたハプニングですが、「Funky Chick」の時に、私はシェーカーを落としました。そういう時は、笑って続くしかないのですね。v　関西ミュージックカンファレンス、ハードロックカフェに感謝してます。写真をとっていただいたわかめさんには、特に感謝してます！その写真はこちらです。ご覧ください。

今週のアコースティックライブ、ハードロックカフェUSJの時間が変更になりました。最初は２０：００でしたが、１８：３０になりました。カレンダーとさっきのブログに新しい時間にも変更しました。ご迷惑をかけて、すみませんでした。よろしくお願いします。

This week will be my first gig at Hard Rock Cafe Osaka Universal. It will be acoustic, and it will be two straight days, Thursday the 22nd and Friday the 23rd. There will be 3 sets, beginning at 6:30pm. The guitarist is Masaaki Watanuki, my usual partner in crime. :) We'll be doing mostly rock and pop covers, mixed with some originals. Our repetoire is expanding! Check out our new covers. Hope you can make it!

今週は、ハードロックカフェUSJの初ライブです。アコースティックで、２日間連続：２２日の木曜日と２３日の金曜日です。両日は１８：３０から３ステージ。ギターは「いつもの」綿貫正顕です。v　ロックとポップスのカバーとオリジナルをやります。レパートリーが増えてま〜す！新カバー曲もあります。お待ちしてま〜す！

 Wow. The last blog post was over two weeks ago! Sorry for keeping you waiting!

As you probably know, I went to Tokyo for the second time - at Ruby Room for the GoGirls 1st Anniversary Concert - and this time also went to Yokohama to do a gig, at 7th Avenue. And like my last trip, I decided to use the talents of Ken Kishi on guitar and Katsuya (NoLastName) on bass. It was a busy two days and nights, and again, I had a great time. I posted some photos on my Live Pics page, as well as my Facebook page, so be sure to check them out. Thanks to Ken, Katsuya, GoGirls Tokyo, Ruby Room, 7th Avenue and the headlining band Insf:el for making this mini-tour possible. And of course, to the people of Kanto - thanks for making me feel so welcome!

すごい。最後のブロッグは２週間前以上でした。すみません！お待たせしました！

みんなさんはご存知のように、２回目の東京ライブが行いました。渋谷のルビールームで、GoGirls１周年記念イベントにでました。それで今回、初めての横浜のライブがセブンスアベニューでした。前回の東京ライブと同じメンバー、ギターのキシケンさんとベースのカツヤでした。２日間のバタバタの中、ほんまに面白くて楽しかったのです。写真をサイトのLIVE PICSページとフェイスブックページにも、アップしましたので、よかったら見てください。それでケンちゃん、カっちゃん、GoGirls Tokyoのみんなさん、ルビールームのみんなさん、セブンスと友達になってくれたバンドのInsf:el：みんなさんのおかげで、このミニーツアーが無事に！ありがとうございました！そして関東のみんなさん：あったかい応援、ありがとうございました！

Guitarist Masaaki Watanuki and I dressed in red for the Valentine's Day show at Hard Rock Cafe Osaka. We did a lot of covers and most of them were a first for both of us. I picked some difficult songs to do, it was a challenge, but a very fun challenge. I'm grateful to everyone who braved the cold and came out to see us! And thanks for the lovely Valentine's Day presents!

ハードロックカフェのバレンタインライブのため、私とギターの綿貫正顕は、赤い服を着てました。ライブの曲は、カバーが多く、やった事ない曲も多い。私が選んだ曲の中、難しい曲も多い。チャレンジ！大変でしたが楽しい大変さですね。新しい曲をやるのは、とても面白かったです。寒さの中、見に来ていただいた方に感謝してます！それに、バレンタインプレゼントもいただきました！ありがとうございました！

Coming up is my first acoustic gig at Hard Rock Cafe Osaka (Honmachi). Valentine's Day! Rock & Romance! Love Rocks! (or love stinks, depending on who you ask). 
Love has no genre, so we'll be playing a collection of love-positive :) covers, spanning a variety of genres, all in our acoustic bluesy-rockin way. A very rare show.
